REGISTRATION FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSONS
Registration for accompanying persons of registered participants should be made once the participant has finished his/her registration.
Once your registration is complete, we will send you an email with the instructions for registering your accompanying person.
In its commitment to maintain an ecological and sustainable model in the issuance of certificates, the organization will implement in this edition that all certificates of attendance, oral, flash and poster presentations at this Conference are sent in digital format by e-mail once the conference is finished.

The organization reserves the right to cancel any of the activities of the social program in case of not reaching a sufficient number of participants. In this circumstance, you will be informed accordingly.
Do not forget to inform us if you have any allergies or food restrictions and indicate them at the registration form to take it into account.
The ORGANIZING COMMITTEE and Starplanning, S.L. decline all responsibility in case of accident, illness, loss or damage of personal objects that may occur during the celebration of the conference, before and after the trip.
